- Smartly designed Teraeida 4.1 firmware based microprocessor control of the SL-200e IECP system intelligently adjusts not only the cuffs inflation and deflation timing but also the cuff pressure in accordance to patient’s cardiac rhythm. Thereby SL-200e IECP system provides the highest level of clinical therapeutic benefit, with minimal operator intervention and maximum patient comfort.
- The SL-200e provides highly comfortable external counter pulsation therapy to the patients, which greatly enhances patient compliance. The patients are subjected to least amount of bumps and bounces which sometimes become irritable over the extensive course of six weeks of therapy.

The SL-200e is the world’s only external Counterpulsation therapy system that does not have any moving parts like motors, or compressor inside the patient treatment bed. Moreover the SL-200e operates at a very low voltage of 24Volts DC supply, and hence is the safest equipment.

Friendly Interface
Functions of the SL-200e are controlled by an ultra-sensitive graphic HM Interface. This HMI dictates the machine with mere feel of a finger. All settings relative to therapy or the system can be controlled here; this has greatly reduced operator hassle of using complex menus and computer keyboards, mouse etc. used in legacy ECP systems.
Auto Self Maintenance
The SL-200e automatically performs on regular intervals self-maintenance, cleaning and tuning. This increases life of the parts and ensures trouble free operation for long period of time.
Multilingual Support
The interface of the SL-200e supports up to eight different languages including German, Spanish, Russian and Arabic.

In Short
EH (Electrohydraulic) type of ESWL equipment has a vast possibility of shock wave intensity variation where as EM(Electromagnetic) type of ESWL has less possibilities of of such variation. This is because in a EM type of shock wave generation system a copper plated metal foil is repelled using eddy-current. It may be noted if the thickness of the foil is increased the intensity of shock waves will reduce and if it is decreased the intensity will increase but the foil will break faster. The maximum pressure achieved on a stable EM type of ESWL is approx: 300 bars peak. The time taken for one treatment section is between 1.5 to 2 hours taking anything between 6500 to 8000 shock waves per treatment section. The replacement of the shock wave source is very costly and the cost of replacement is very high. The initial purchase price too is very high.

Apart from its capability to produce less sound level on operation EM type of Lithotripters are much inferior in fragmentation capabilities as compared to EH type of Lithotripters. TMC can offer both EH as well as EM type of Lithotripters.

EH type of ESWL can go to a pressure range of 300 to 1400 bars and any stone of 1 Cm. will fragment in 1/4th. the number of shock waves as compared to EM type of ESWL. The EH type of ESWL equipment is more efficient, the consumables are long lasting and the maintenance cost is much less not forgetting the low initial purchase price.
